Maren Morris has spoken out after a fan allegedly groped her during a meet-and-greet.
On Friday night, the singer-songwriter used Instagram Stories to share that someone had touched her inappropriately before her The Dreamsicle Tour stop in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
“Tonight’s show was so fun, but someone grabbed my a*s during meet and greet before the show,” she wrote.
Maren stressed that she will continue meeting fans at future events, explaining that “one person shouldn’t ruin it for everyone.”
Still, she reminded fans of the importance of respecting boundaries.
“Please know I’m there to connect, share, hug, all the things, but please don’t override someone’s personal space. Love you,” the 35-year-old said.
The musician did not provide any additional information about the incident.
She did, however, post a thank-you message to concertgoers afterward, expressing her gratitude for the support she received at the show.
“Thank you for a beautiful garden venue, a perfect sunset, and for selling the damn show out. We can’t wait to come back,” she added.
The Girl hitmaker, who shares a five-year-old son with her ex-husband Ryan Hurd, is set to perform her next show in Amagansett, New York, on Monday. Her tour dates continue through February 2026.
Maren released her fourth studio album, Dreamsicle, in May.
