John Legend has posted a heartfelt message celebrating his wife Chrissy Teigen’s 40th birthday.
On Sunday, the All of Me singer shared a collection of photos on Instagram showing the couple spending time at home with their children as well as attending red carpet events together.
In his caption, John wished Chrissy a joyful birthday.
"Our brave, beautiful queen is 40 today," he wrote. "We love you to infinity and beyond, Chrissy. Thank you for being such a wonderful wife and mother. You are the heart of our family, the love of my life."
John did not reveal whether Chrissy hosted a party to mark the milestone.
However, he did share a sweet clip of their eldest child, Luna, giving her mother a handmade “courage award” crafted from paper.
"This is because you always stand up for what's right even when it's hard. You stand up for women, you help people in need, and you fight for a better world," the nine-year-old told her mum.
John and Chrissy, who married in 2013, also share three other children: Miles, seven, and Esti and Wren, both two.
As expected, the Cravings author received a wave of birthday wishes from her celebrity friends.
"Ohhh.... So beautiful. Happiest 40th Queen of Hearts," wrote model Petra Nemcova, while actress Mindy Kaling added: "Happy birthday Chrissy!!"
