Disney star Dove Cameron is officially engaged to Damiano David.
Cameron was recently spotted in Sydney, Australia, proudly showing off a sparkling diamond ring on her left hand while walking arm-in-arm with the Italian rocker.
According to a report from TMZ on Thursday, the couple became engaged after nearly two years of dating.
Cameron and David first met at the 2022 MTV Video Music Awards and began dating soon after. They made their relationship public with their red carpet debut at the 2024 Pre-Grammy Gala.
Earlier this month, Cameron marked their anniversary by sharing a collection of personal photos and videos capturing moments from their relationship.
In her post to her 47 million followers, she wrote, “The 2 best years of my life. I am brought to tears at least once a week because life has become so beautiful with you in it. I love you in a way no words could ever express, but I will never stop trying. Buon anniversario, amore mio.”
Cameron rose to fame for her dual roles in the Disney Channel series Liv and Maddie, which ran from 2013 to 2017. She later starred in Disney’s Descendants movie trilogy between 2015 and 2021.
David is the lead singer of the Italian rock band Måneskin, the group that won the 2021 Eurovision Song Contest with their hit Zitti e Buoni.
