Camila Cabello has shown support for Fifth Harmony after their surprise reunion.
The 28-year-old singer was one of the original members of the group with Ally Brooke, Normani, Lauren Jauregui, and Dinah Jane before leaving in 2016 to start her solo career.
The remaining four singers reunited on stage for the first time in seven years on Sunday (31.08.25) during a Jonas Brothers concert in Dallas, Texas.
The Worth It stars later shared a video of their 2015 single on Instagram, and Camila responded to the post.
She added four heart emojis in the comments, a simple gesture that showed love for her former bandmates.
Back in December 2016, Fifth Harmony announced Camila’s departure in a social media statement, saying they had been told about the decision “via her representatives.”
At the time they wrote, “After four and a half years of being together, we have been informed via her representatives that Camila has decided to leave Fifth Harmony. We wish her well.”
Two years later, the group disbanded, though earlier this year, both Brooke and Jane hinted at the possibility of a reunion when rumors began to circulate.
Brooke told Billboard, “We’ll see… we’re not sure.”
Jane added, “I love that our fans can reminisce on such good times, and I love that we’re getting the credit again. Our music was very impactful at the time, and I feel like it was overlooked, to be honest. So now that it’s reviving again on its own, it just shows our music speaks for itself.”
The reunion was lightly teased that same morning when the group’s official X account posted the hashtag #FifthHarmonyFollowSpree, sparking speculation that something big was about to happen.
Hours later, the four singers appeared on stage together and performed their hits Worth It and Work From Home.
Fans in the arena screamed with excitement as the group walked out wearing matching black outfits.
Adding to the surprise, Fifth Harmony updated their social media bio with the phrase, “Where were you on August 31, 2025?” referencing the date of their unexpected return.
They also released new merchandise online, featuring vintage-style designs and slogans celebrating their history while hinting at what might come next.
The group appears to be preparing more activity as they have now joined the Hybe-owned fan platform Weverse, where they launched a new hub for their supporters. In a welcome video posted to the site, all four members smiled together and promised to “chat with fans soon.”
