As Man I Need continues to lead the Official Singles Chart, Olivia Dean’s brand-new album The Art of Loving is also out in front in this week’s Albums Chart update (1).
This marks the second album from the rising star following 2023’s Messy, which reached Number 4. Olivia is on track to beat her own record and solidify her reputation as one of the UK’s most exciting talents.
However, she faces a challenge from fellow Brit Perrie and her self-titled debut Perrie (2). The solo project from the Little Mix star could also give her a first-ever solo Number 1.
Another artist hoping to claim his first solo chart-topper is Led Zeppelin icon Robert Plant with Saving Grace (3). He has already achieved three Number 2 albums with Pictures at Eleven, Raising Sand and lullaby and… The Ceaseless Roar, and now aims to finally take the Number 1 spot.
Doja Cat is also heading toward another career milestone with Vie (4), which is projected to give her a third Top 5 album. It is expected to outperform her previous release Scarlet, which reached Number 5 in 2023.
Following Oasis’ final UK performance of 2025 last night, their Time Flies… 1994-2009 compilation climbs four spots midweek (6).
Polygon Window, the alias of electronic visionary Aphex Twin, has reissued Surfing On Sine Waves on vinyl, CD and cassette, more than three decades after its original release. The project is set to break into the Top 10 for the first time (8).
English rock legends Genesis, who already hold six Number 1 albums, have put out a deluxe edition of The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway. Currently sitting at Number 13, the expanded release features newly remastered tracks and countless live recordings. The original album, released nearly 50 years ago, peaked at Number 10.
Girls Aloud’s third album Chemistry returns for its 20th anniversary in a special edition featuring B-sides and unreleased material. It originally peaked at Number 11 in 2005 and is aiming to re-enter the Top 20 at Number 15 midweek.
Mariah Carey is on course to secure her 15th Top 20 album with Here For It All (16). This would mark her highest-charting release since 2015’s #1 To Infinity.
Swedish pop powerhouse Zara Larsson is also looking at her fourth Top 20 album with Midnight Sun (17).
Brooklyn-based band Geese are expected to make their first appearance on the UK Albums Chart with Getting Killed (18). Led by frontman Cameron Winter, the group has enjoyed a breakthrough year.
Irish rockers SPRINTS are likely to match their previous peak with All That Is Over (20), after their debut Letter to Self reached the same position last year.
Rolling Stones legend Ronnie Wood is set to enter the Top 40 with Fearless: The Ronnie Wood Anthology 1965-2025 (26). The compilation highlights some of his best work as both a solo artist and member of the Stones.
After releasing her new single TIT FOR TAT, Canadian pop star Tate McRae has seen her last album So Close To What jump four places this week (34).
Closing out the Top 40 midweek chart, English group Coach Party are poised to land their first-ever entry with Caramel (37).
